In those settings we can change the animation to have a smooth start, smooth end, a bounce or to not have those options at all. All of them change the interpolation of the animation itself. Speed Up Your Workflow! Learn To Select Objects Effectively In Powerpoint!
You must have noticed that ProStudioFX Templates are quite loaded with many elements, and with a lot of these elements overlapping each other, then you try to select a particular element and you noticed it is very hard to select it, this can be very frustrating especially if you don’t know how to best approach the situation. This is a very basic topic, but extremely important, because this can speed up your workflow as you work with the templates.
Here is a quick look of how an expert like Andrzej would approach this, and this is how you should go about selecting your elements effectively, for a faster workflow as you edit your templates in powerpoint.

1. How to render out your video project or save an Image.
2. Working with the Right document Size:
By default PowerPoint uses a wide screen resolution for it’s document size, in this case 1280px X 720px (13.333in x 7.5in) this is the standard size for most videos. But in a situation where you need to render out your video at different resolution, then you need to determine the correct size of your video in inches.
So all You need to remember is that there are 96pixels or dots in every inch.
Therefore 1 Inch = 96px
Example:
Instagram story Video Size is: 1080px X 1920px This translate to 11.25in x 20in
The Trick is Divide your Pixel Value by 96 and you will get the value in inches.
Then go and use the custom size settings to change your document size:
Go to Design > Slide Size > Custom Slide Size > Enter Your Values and click ok, then Click the Ensure Fit Option, so as to retain the actual size and dimensions and finally click on ok.

Start Your Editing Process By Opening The Selection Pane.
Zoom Out To See The Entire Work Area.
Tasks To Accomplish In This Training
>How To Determine the Total Length of Your Background Sound
-Do a Quick Render For 100% Accuracy.
-Look At the Animation Pane To Get An Idea
>How To Change The Background Sound.
>How To Trim Your Sounds If You have a Longer Sound.
>How To Fade Out Your Background Sounds so that your background sound does not stop suddenly, but instead you fade it out few secs before the video ends, that gives your video a smoother and nicer ending.
Additional Steps Missed in the Part #2 Video Training:
Sorry i did not demonstrate how to carry to do quick render in powerpoint, the steps below is what you need to follow to do a quick render in powerpoint.
Steps To Do A Quick Render In PowerPoint:
1 – Go To File Menu.
2 – Click on Export Option.
3 – Click On Create A Video.
4 – In The Video Resolution drop-down, Select Low quality, we only need to do this render.
to determine the total length of the Video, this is not the final video render.
5 – Make Sure Use Recorded Timings and Narrations is selected.
6 – Click the Create a Video Button, Give the video a name and select a destination folder to save in.
7 – Wait for Video to render, this should be fairly quick, since it is just a quick low quality render.
8 – After rendering, check the time details of your video and determine the total length of your video.
Now when you know the total time of your video, that should tell you the exact length of your background sound.
